FLC is proud to work with other organisations in Fife and across Scotland to ensure that you get the help and advice you really need. If we cannot help you, or if your problem is not a legal one, we will tell you. However, we will offer to refer you to someone who can help where possible.

For example, we’re part of the Making Justice Work Partnership in Fife. This means that we work closely with Frontline Fife and Citizen’s Advice and Rights Fife (CARF) to ensure that, if you are in arrears with your mortgage or rental payments and are facing eviction, you receive full legal and financial advice and representation.

We also work closely with the WHIR (Women’s Health Improvement Report) Project at Fife Council which aims to help you if you are suffering from domestic abuse and need help with your housing situation. There is a range of ways in which the WHIR project can help so please ask if you need to get in touch with them.

We also work with other law centres, charities and support services; the team will take all your details and ask for your consent if you would like us to refer you on. As in all situations where you give us information, your enquiry will be treated in confidence.
